1. Definitions & Scope

In this document:

  • "We", "us", "our", "BrewBolt" refers to BrewBolt UK (or the relevant trading entity), a company of sole-trader Darren Swan in the United Kingdom.
  • "Site" means www.brewbolt.uk and any sub-domains.
  • "User", "you", "your" means any visitor, registered account holder or customer using our Site or Services.
  • "Services" refers to any offering by BrewBolt: browsing or purchasing products (coffee, tea or related goods), using our API for ordering or delivery workflows, account registration, delivery scheduling or related functionality.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Site and Services. By using the Site or Services, you accept these terms.

2. Terms and Conditions for Use, Purchases & Services

2.1 Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your jurisdiction) to register or place orders.
  • If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or ordering, and to update it promptly if it changes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict access if you breach this agreement or misuse the Site/Services.

2.2 Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are as displayed on the Site at the time of order, exclusive/inclusive of VAT as specified. We may change prices before order confirmation.
  • Payment must be completed before acceptance of your order. Payment methods will be offered at checkout.
  • Once you pay, you make a binding order under this Agreement.

2.3 Delivery, Risk, Shipping & Title

  • Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when goods are handed over to the carrier.
  • Ownership (title) transfers once payment is made and goods handed to carrier.
  • You must inspect items on delivery and notify us promptly of any missing or damaged goods.

2.4 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • If goods are defective, damaged on arrival, or materially not as described, you may request a refund or replacement under our Returns Policy.
  • For non-faulty goods, returns or refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
  • Any consumer rights (e.g. cancellation period) will be clearly communicated at or before checkout in compliance with UK consumer law.

2.5 Acceptable Use & Service Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services in violation of any law or third-party rights.
  • Use automated bots, scripts or unauthorised methods to access the Site (unless via our official API under its terms).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security, integrity or operation.
  • Misuse or infringe our intellectual property or branding.

All content on the Site - text, images, designs, software, logos, documentation - is owned or licensed by BrewBolt. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our express written permission, except for personal non-commercial use where permitted.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, real or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewBolt (and its officers, employees or agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for direct loss or damage is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or service.

2.8 Changes, Updates & Termination

  • We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, at our discretion.

2.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
